  - fix: url scheme is now needed for correct url icon to avoid icon mismatch
         scheme values are: "file://", "ftp://", "http://", or "https://"
         the default scheme is "http://", this scheme is added automatically
  - fix: start programs on last position in file
  - fix: icons in options dialog
  - fix: bug in options dialog while you have deducted a menu,
         the options dialog is in the first menu only now
  - fix: menu division on screen, if other menus are in taskbar or as menu
  - add: autorun programs with mhm
