Umstellung auf UTF8 | Change to UTF 8

Das Forum wurde nunmehr auf UTF8 umgestellt. Aus diesm Grund sind bestimmt in einzelenen Beiträgen die Umlaute nicht mehr richtig dargestellt.
In den Überschriften sowie den aktuellen Beiträgen habe ich dies korrigiert.

The forum was now changed to UTF8. For this reason the german umlauts are no longer shown correctly in individual contributions.
In the headings as well as the current contributions, I have corrected this.
