dsmPlayer v0.5 changes:

  - update phiola to 2.4 beta1
  - fixed: phiola hangs if there is no connection to the radio station to query the station information
  - fixed: add favorites, if the list is not sorted by name
  - fixed: change playlist size on first start
  - fixed: empty playlist list after changing the playmode
  - added: station info to favorite menu, if edit weblist is not selected
  - added: option for only one instance, multiple instances are now supported correctly
