dsmPlayer v1.0beta2 changes:

  - added: correct the file header of mp3 files if it starts with a corrupt frame during normalization
  - added: convert recordings using Phiolas' default settings when recording
  - changed: mp3DirectCut can now edit AAC files in the default settings
  - fixed: the filesystenwatcher sometimes wants to add a file that was just created but has already been deleted to the list
  - fixed: double marker if a file was opened from outside the program.
  - fixed: the recording process was not terminated if the user pressed the stop button instead of the record button.
